Yes. Our spinning classes are beginner-friendly and open to all levels. You control your own resistance and speed throughout, so you start with an easier ride and build from there. Your certified female trainer will walk you through the bike setup before the class starts and make sure you feel comfortable. The women-only setting means there's no pressure and no comparison.

Two to three sessions a week is a good starting point for most beginners. Rest days matter. You can fill them with yoga, Pilates or stretching from the BODIFY schedule to keep moving without overloading the same muscle groups. More experienced riders can go three to four times a week, but even then, recovery days are part of the programme.

Spinning is low-impact, which means it's easier on your joints than running, which is a real advantage in Dubai's heat, since it's always indoors in a climate-controlled studio. Running tends to burn slightly more calories and works the body differently. Which is better depends on your goals and how your joints feel. Wear comfortable activewear and bring supportive trainers. Cycling shoes work well, but regular trainers are perfectly fine. Bring a water bottle and a small towel. Everything else, including the bike and any equipment you need, is provided at the studio. Try to arrive 10 minutes before the class starts so your instructor can adjust your bike before the session begins.
