Girly Bootcamp is a high-intensity group fitness class, designed exclusively for women. It blends cardio intervals with strength training and functional bodyweight exercises. It’s an extremely effective class for weight loss and gaining strength, but it can feel draining at first, which is why we create a fun, supportive and women-focused atmosphere that pushes you towards achieving your goals in every class. Every session lasts 50 minutes and serves as a full-body workout, from warmup to cooldown, with all equipment provided by our studio and experienced instructors, who make it possible to start the class with no prior experience.
This format is based on the classic bootcamp workout, while rethinking it to fit women’s needs and body composition. We put the emphasis on fitness: working out at high intensity, pushing yourself, then leaving, having burned a lot of energy and calories. Throughout the class, the supportive and energising feminine environment helps to encourage further training. The session structure varies week to week, mixing interval training formats and movement combinations to effectively train all muscle groups. This way, your body keeps adapting, and your motivation stays high.
Each class is led by our certified instructors, all with more than 7 years of international experience. The instructors will adapt to your needs – whether it’s your first time showing up to a lesson or it’s your fiftieth lesson and you want to do something different. Every lesson is designed to keep challenging you at exactly the level you need and make your body to do functional movements.

What to Expect in a Girly Bootcamp Class
Despite every class being different from one another, every bootcamp Dubai workout follows a clear 50-minute structure in a supportive group, so there won’t be any surprises as to how the lesson will work, but the exercises included in each lesson will differ.
Warm-up. For 5 minutes at the start of the lesson, we will take our time to do dynamic movement, activating the muscles and preparing your joints.
Main interval circuit training. The next 30 to 35 minutes will be spent alternating strength training and bodyweight exercises with cardio stations to create a full-body engagement in the exercise.
Core finisher. A 5-minute workout, targeting ab and core work to close the session strong.
Cool-down stretching. The last 5 minutes of the lesson are dedicated to guided stretching to support recovery.
The exercises within the circuit for our bootcamp classes typically include a mix of squats and lunges, push-ups and a few variations of planks, burpees (can be modified for your comfort), kettlebell swings and dumbbell intervals or resistance band work.
When deciding what to bring to a session, we suggest choosing comfortable activewear (leggings or joggers), a sports bra and a fitted top, with as much support as possible. Also, bring comfortable sneakers with solid ankle support. Another must-have is a small towel and a water bottle. All the equipment – dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, and mats is provided at the studio.
