Aerial yoga is a modern form of yoga performed using a soft fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling. It lets you flow through poses both on the ground and suspended in the air. The hammock (also called a yoga swing) is ceiling-anchored and holds your full body weight. Silky, strong, and surprisingly comfortable.
Unlike traditional yoga poses, gravity works with you here. Poses that feel impossible on a mat become accessible mid-air. Inversions decompress the spine naturally. Aero Beginners
This is where every beginner starts. You'll get comfortable with hammock familiarity first: how to sit in it, stand in it, trust it. Basic seated and standing poses, a few gentle inversions. Aero Medium

Before class starts, we begin with a hammock adjustment. Our certified aerial yoga instructor with 8+ years of international experience — Olga, Marianna, Zhasmin, Nastya, Alitsiya, Anastasia, or Elizaveta — will adjust the hammock to your height, so it feels right for your body. You’re in good hands from the moment you arrive.
The class is divided into a few simple stages.
We start with a slow warm-up. First, you’ll focus on breathing, settle into your body, and prepare for movement before doing anything off the ground.
Then you’ll move into the basics: basic wraps, seated poses, standing poses, and, when you feel ready, a few gentle inversions. Nothing is forced. And no one is staring at you.
You’ll finish with a cool-down and savasana inside the hammock. Honestly, that might be the moment you fall in love with the whole thing.
A few things before you come: wear leggings and a fitted top with sleeves. The hammock fabric can rub against bare skin, especially around the underarms, so sleeves make a big difference. Leave your jewelry at home, eat something light at least two hours before class, and bring water and a small towel.
During class, you’ll feel an engaged core and a lengthened spine. Your body may also feel lighter than usual.
And yes, light dizziness is possible after your first overhead work. That’s normal. It passes quickly. Our certified instructors are there to guide you through every step.
