Fitness centre Internet City

BODIFY Internet City is a ladies-only fitness studio located on the ground floor of Business Central Towers in Dubai Internet City. This is the only BODIFY location offering Reformer Pilates. It runs in mini-groups of just two, so every single session is personal and focused on your goals.

Alongside Reformer Pilates, the studio in Internet City also runs a full group class schedule. This includes the likes of Yoga, Stretch, Zumba, and Pilates, along with many other different workout formats. There is a wide range of options for women, whether they want to hit the fitness studio at the same time five days a week, or just fit in a session wherever possible between meetings and other obligations. There’s always something on the timetable that can work for you.

The studio is located centrally in Dubai, a short drive from Media City, Knowledge Park, JBR, and Dubai Marina.

BODIFY Internet City is a fully private, hijabi-friendly space. It is women-only, which means the focus is entirely on your session and your progress. The building also offers free parking for BODIFY clients.

All classes are open to women 18 and over.

FAQ

  • The BODIFY Internet City studio offers a full schedule of fitness classes. These include Reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, Yoga, Aero Yoga, Stretch, Zumba, Dancing, High Heels Dance, Kangoo Jumps, and Calorie Burn.

  • Reformer Pilates using a sliding carriage machine. It has adjustable springs to add resistance and support to classical Pilates movements. It is significantly more versatile than simple mat work, as the machine is better for building deep core strength, improving posture, and recovery. Internet City is the only location in the BODIFY network in Dubai that offers Reformer Pilates. Sessions run in mini-groups of two.

  • BODIFY Internet City is located on the ground floor of Business Central Towers in Dubai Internet City. Its central location means that it is easily accessible from Media City, Knowledge Park, JBR, and Dubai Marina.

  • Yes. Free parking is available in the building, so you can come and go without needing to deal with paid parking or hunting for a space on the street.

  • Yes. All group classes at BODIFY are designed to be scalable, making them suitable for both beginners and those with more experience. Trainers will walk you through the movements, and will adjust and modify exercises specifically for you.

  • Yes. Every trainer at BODIFY Internet City is a certified female trainer. The studio is ladies-only and fully private. This means that all women, including those who wear hijab, can train comfortably.
