Membership & Cancellation Policy
This document constitutes the binding Membership and Cancellation Policy governing all membership agreements, subscription plans, and related transactions entered into with Bodify Ladies Fitness Club ("the Studio"). It applies to all current and prospective members across all Studio locations in Dubai.
By purchasing a membership or subscription package, the member acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out herein. This Policy forms an integral part of the Membership Agreement and should be read in conjunction with any additional terms communicated at the time of enrolment.
The Studio reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes through official communication channels. Continued use of Studio services following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
1. Refunds
All payments made towards a membership or subscription package are non-refundable. There is no cooling-off window (e.g. 48 hours) during which a purchased package can be returned for a refund. Funds paid in advance are considered part of the Studio's expenses and will not be returned in the event of voluntary cancellation, non-use of sessions, or subscription expiration.
2. Minimum Commitment Periods
Each subscription plan has a minimum commitment period during which the Agreement cannot be terminated:
3-month plan — minimum commitment: 3 months.
6-month plan — minimum commitment: 4 months.
12-month plan — minimum commitment: 9 months.
Cancellation requests will only be accepted after the respective minimum commitment period has been completed.
3. Cancellation Procedure & Fees
To cancel a subscription, members must:
Submit a written cancellation notice at least 30 days before the end of the current subscription period.
Complete the official cancellation form, available either online or at the Studio reception.
Please note that the 30-day notice period is billable — regular subscription fees continue to be charged during this time. If notice is not submitted at least 30 days before the end of the subscription period, the membership will automatically renew for the same term.
If a cancellation request is submitted before the end of the full subscription period (3, 6, or 12 months), an early cancellation fee equal to one month's subscription fee will be charged.
4. Freeze (Membership Suspension)
Members may temporarily suspend their membership (freeze), which moves the next billing date forward. Freeze days can be used at any point during the subscription and split across multiple periods as needed.

Extended freezes beyond the included days are available for an additional fee. Please contact the Studio for details.
5. Membership Transfers
If you are unable to continue using your membership, you have the option to transfer it rather than cancelling. Transfers are subject to Studio approval and the following fees apply:
Transfer to a third party (another person) — 150 AED
Transfer to another Bodify branch — 200 AED
To initiate a transfer, please contact our reception team directly.
6. No-Show & Late Cancellation
Sessions must be cancelled at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time via the online portal or by calling the Studio. If a member fails to cancel or does not attend:
Limited sessions package — the session is forfeited and no refund is issued.
Unlimited sessions package — 3 days are deducted from the membership.
Members arriving more than 15 minutes late may be denied access to the session for health and safety reasons.
